The Altmo Backpacker is an innovative automobile design by Siriphong Roongruengvuthikul which is a concept transport that takes care of futuristic mobility. As compared to the automobiles today, the Altmo Backpacker will not last as long. However, it's modular system will enable it to change with the times. The users of this car will be able to modify the look and shape of the vehicle as per their altered requirements. After fully utilizing the car, the user can recycle it and turn it into another useful product. The Altmo Backpacker is essentially a one seat vehicle that can travel any distance at about any time. This vehicle can be summoned via a mobile phone command and it will be there to serve you. The basic feature of the design of this car is that is is simple in appearance and is made by using fewer parts which makes this vehicle very adaptable as well as recyclable.

The parts are all very uniquely designed from various companies and contains a storage system made by Boblbee called the "Backpack". The Altmo vehicle is not embellished with the emblem or logo of the car as the company is of the view that brand value will be brought out through the users' experiences. The Altmo Backpacker is not a vehicle that is judged on the speed at which it can carry or its carrying capacity. This vehicle is designed on the basis of transportation ethics which is sheer mobility. This car can be equated with a person rollerblading and carrying a backpack on his/her back. This car has two huge barrel-like objects that are situated on the back and front sides of the car and are named as 'Hubs'. These Hubs are basically the connecting points of all things inside the car which help in increasing the adaptability of this car. Hence, with the help of the Hubs, the car can function like an electric vehicle or even and all-terrain vehicle owing to its highly adaptable nature. The Hubs are actually shaped like the boot space of a car, however, the main reason for their being is for accommodating any space requirements that may arise in the future.
